Module Five

This is the module I was waiting for! How to create your own ebook - thank you for suggesting numerous apps that could be used for this! Now to experiment with a few and see what I like the most!

Year 6 boys come to mind when trying to motivate boys to read. I like the idea of taping their voices using Quick Voice or Voice Memos particularly as they can email it to you, even those who don't particularly like reading aloud.

Making your own ebooks is fabulous then they can be stored in their library and be easily accessible whenever you want the students to work on them....one idea comes to mind when making ebooks is the end of year Year 6 / Buddy Christmas book. Year 6 would thoroughly enjoy this. Even just, setting the year 6 students up for year 7, have year six prepare study notes in an ebook for each KLA at the end of a term or for preparation for assessments etc. For teachers with younger students could they be used as a digital portfolio?! Or even a class book so that parents can see the learning staking place in the class.....

I have to say 'Appitic' and 'apps in education' I use all the time! They are fabulous resources!

This is one module I will be definitely be coming back too!
